MAJLIS SENTUHAN KASIH KONGSI KRISMAS

Some 41 students from 35 families studying  in SK Lumba Kuda, Kuching received donations in conjunction with the Chinese New year and post –Christmas celebrations  during a joined Chinese New Year and Christmas celebration held at SK Lumba Kuda today.  The donations come in the form of angpow, clothers and food stuff, donated by the school’s Parents-Teachers Association, corporate bodies and some kind-hearted  individuals who wished to be anonymous.

          The recipients come from needy families regardless of their races and religion. A representative for those anonymous contributors explained that they just want to share the joy of the celebration with them.

          Mr john Selvaraj a/l Perumal, the headmaster of the school have extended his warm gratitude to the contributors and hoped that this will become a practice every year. During the ceremony, some teaching staff  and non-teaching staff  were also acknowledged for their contributions to the school.
